Are your stores open over the Christmas break?

Our stores in Dundrum Town Centre, Mahon Point Shopping Centre and Crescent Shopping Centre will be closed Christmas Day but all open again from St. Stephen’s Day. You can check all the Christmas hours here!

Our Gift Box pop-up in Swords Pavilions will be open until 6pm on Christmas Eve.

Can I swap items in your stores?

Yes, absolutely you can! Purchases made online or in-store can be exchanged in any of our retail locations! For full returns, refunds + exchange details, head here!

I’ve contacted Customer Service, when can I expect a response?

Our Customer Service team will be online at certain points over the Christmas break but please give a little room for delays in response especially on public holidays and weekends!

How long do I have to return something?

We’ve extended our returns period for the holiday season until January 8th! Regular return period is 14 days and exchanges are up to 28 days. You can read all the fine print here!
