The Taco Truck

Offering authentic Tex-Mex cuisine packed full of flavour, The Taco Truck is a taco-lover’s dream! Owned and operated by a born-and-raised Texan, this is some of the best Mexican street food you can get your hands on in Dublin. Currently stationed at MVP in Merchant’s Quay from Wednesday to Sunday evenings or at a festival near you!

Burger Republic

These guys are serious about meat and it shows… Burger Republic serves up 100% Irish Beef burgers from their converted 1964 Airstream trailer at Irish Village Markets locations, music festivals across the country and they’re available for private catering too. Check them out on Fridays at Georges Quay from 11am - we promise you won’t regret it.

Man St. Kitchen

One of our Adventure Snacks! alum, Man St. Kitchen delivers slow-cooked BBQ flavours and fresh ingredients to a hungry Red Stables Market crowd every Saturday and are busy catering private gigs the remainder of the week. Make sure to check them out at St. Anne’s Park and definitely try their new Salt Beef Pastrami sambo!

Lala Poutine

Bravely introducing the Irish public to a Canadian delicacy, Lala Poutine specialises in, yep, poutine! For the uninitiated, poutine is piping hot fries, gravy and fresh cheese curds and it’s freaking delicious. Lala pops up at music festivals and events on the regular and they’re also available for private catering!

Mad Yolks

Mad Yolks launched in 2018 and have been celebrating all things eggs ever since! The food truck and breakfast delivery service focus on making and serving gourmet breakfast sandwiches with high-quality and locally-sourced ingredients. Find them at Red Stables Market in St. Anne’s Park every Saturday and Sundays in Herbert Park Market!
