The world is your oyster when it comes to what (and how much of the what) you put on your pancakes. Make Life Richer and go a little crazy if you fancy it but here’s what the lads from The Grind recommend:
- Fat-free yoghurt
- Strawberries
- Milk choc chips
- Maple syrup
Method:
Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and blend with an electric hand mixer. If you don’t have a hand mixer, you can also add the ingredients to an electric smoothie blender and combine in batches.
Leave the mix to settle in the fridge for approximately 30 mins (this step is not requisite, but helps to give the pancake mix a nice consistency.
Put a little butter in a hot frying pan and cook pancakes in single batches.
Eat. Enjoy. Be a little smug about your culinary skills.
